1. Free Services

  • Creating and posting ads on Meritad is completely free.

  • Users must be registered and logged in to post or manage ads.

  • There are no hidden fees for regular ad listings.

2. Paid Services

Meritad offers optional paid services to enhance visibility and performance of your ads:

a. Ad Boosting

  • Feature your ad at the top of category listings

  • Highlight or pin your ad for more exposure

  • Boosting duration and rates are shown at checkout

b. Membership Plans

  • Access premium features like multiple active ads, auto-renewing posts, or analytics

  • Memberships are valid for a specific time period (e.g., 7 days, 30 days) as selected during purchase

All prices are displayed in local currency and include applicable taxes (if any).

3. Payment Methods

We accept online payments through secure third-party gateways. Available payment methods may include:

  • Debit/Credit cards

  • Mobile wallets or bank transfers (as available in your region)

Meritad does not store or process your payment details directly. All transactions are securely handled by verified payment processors.

4. No Refunds Policy

All payments made for boosting or membership plans are non-refundable, even if:

  • The ad is removed early by the user

  • The ad is removed due to a violation of platform rules

  • You do not receive responses or conversions

We encourage users to review all options and pricing before confirming payment.
