2. Ad Posting and Membership

  • Posting ads is free for all users.

  • Users may optionally subscribe to membership plans for premium features, such as:

    • Boosted ad visibility

    • Priority placements

    • Featured listings

All membership payments are non-refundable. Meritad reserves the right to modify or discontinue any membership features at any time.

3. User Responsibility

All transactions on Meritad are peer-to-peer. Meritad is not involved in any payment, delivery, or negotiation between users.

Users are solely responsible for:

  • The accuracy of their listings

  • Ensuring the legality of items or services posted

  • Maintaining the security of their accounts

  • Reporting suspicious content or behavior

4. Limitation of Liability

Meritad is provided “as is” and without any warranty. We do not guarantee:

  • The accuracy of listings

  • The identity or behavior of other users

  • The availability of the platform at all times

Meritad is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from use of the platform.

5. Content License

By posting on Meritad, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to:

  • Display, promote, and distribute your content

  • Use your listings in advertising, marketing, or promotional activities

You retain ownership of your content but must ensure it complies with our policies.

6. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that:

  • Violates these Terms

  • Posts fraudulent or abusive content

  • Misuses the platform or harasses other users

Serious violations may be reported to law enforcement authorities.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of Meritad after changes are posted indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
